There is both good intensity and detail to the lightly mineral-inflected middle weight flavors that culminate in a mildly austere and rustic but solidly complex and persistent finish

(Heirloom selections cover 15 of the 22 acres Soter typically utilized for still wine

pure and relatively dense medium-bodied flavors coat the palate with sap while displaying very good depth and persistence on the everso-slightly warm finish

This is also aromatically super-fresh with a lovely mélange of plum

More interesting are the attractively detailed and notably more mineral driven flavors that arent as rich though they are finer and particularly so on the youthfully austere and lingering finish. This too could use more depth but more should reasonably develop if given a chance.
