Size 8. 5 and can be resized. Measures 16. 12mm dia meter round cluster top with a flat bottom attached to an antique shank hand engraved "Sophie Bower 7 December 1882". 3. 8 to 2. 24mm tapered shank. Center stone is doubly refractive with apparent natural inclusions and has a spot RI reading
