as they are heat treated and made from the same steel as all of our steak knives

The profile is Kamon's 'go-to' Gyuto in 270mm edge length and 64mm height

Cut and sewn in house on vintage industrial machines in Barcelona, each vest reflects Dani and Camilas dedication to traditional craftsmanship. Built for work, made with intention from lightweight, dry waxed canvas by Halley Stevensons and using customised Japanese copper buttons, the vest is soft, durable, water and dust
