Domaine de Fontsainte, Corbières, France, Carignan blend, 2021 candle Noted Botanicals: 33 herbs+70 year old Carignan vines make up this delicious little number. A touch of Grenache and Syrah round out the blend. Whole cluster fermented. Blueberry, cocoa, and a hint of licorice. Enjoy with tapenade and Bouillabaisse.
