This is one of the few Bordeaux dry whites that improved with aeration and I ended up giving a higher score
Vibrant mouthfeel
The reduction aside this is really a lovely effort though note well that ample patience is requisite
(aged in 70% new oak for 18 months)
Penfolds, Bin 798 RWT Shiraz other_regions_italy 2-3 decades are needed forMedium to deep garnet brick in color, the 2007 RWT Shiraz has aromas of dried berries and leather, cassis, earth and meat with hints of eucalyptus and dried herbs. A little hard on the tannins, it is savory in the mouth and is drinking now.
