Avoid direct contact of pack with pot. Heating in microwave with rotating cookingplate only: If pack is folded, heat in short intervals of20 sec each only, remove carefully, knead,and if necessary continue heating in shortintervals. Life span: about 6 months, when used 10 to 15 times a day, (=1,000 to 2,000 uses.
