I have played it in my Musical Paradise 301 MK 3 with an adapter (not included) as a 6SJ7 substitute and it sounds excellent -- airy with excellent dynamics and signal bandwidth

but this does not affect performance at sound pressure levels far above normal playback even though the speakers are on the same equipment rack

They are not suitable for guitar amp application as they are somewhat microphonic
