We love these arancini served with Roza's tomato chutney. Ingredients: Arborio rice, vegetables, herbs, soft and hard cheese & parmesan, oil, salt, pepper. Deep fry from frozen approximately 4 minutes (180c) or spray with oil and bake approx 15 minutes in 170c oven until golden and piping hot. 12
