Old Duff Genever book Designed by the bartender andThis Old Duff Genever is an oude (old) style (unaged) genever with a 53% maltwine content, made and bottled in the Netherlands. The maltwine, composed of 2 3 rye and 1 3 malted barley, is fermented for five days and then pot still triple distilled (unfiltered). The final product is a blend of the maltwine and column distilled wheat grain spirit, flavoured with 6 botanicals: juniper, orange peel, lemon peel, coriander, star anise, and liquorice. The
