Bedoba, Saperavi book 2% | 100ml | EnglandA Georgian red from the country's signature Saperavi grape, grown in the historic Kakheti region on thirty year old, largely organic vines. Mostly fermented in stainless steel, with a little in traditional clay qvevri, then aged across steel, large wooden vats and older American oak. Deep purple and bold, showing blackberry, herbs and black pepper over a juicy, structured palate of concentrated dark fruit and ripe tannins. Try it with grilled meats
