Chateau Puligny Montrachet, Puligny Montrachet other_regions_australia torrefaction

torrefaction

This isn’t a great example of the appellation but it is not without appeal

There are notes of orange dark chocolate stick as well

later than in other vintages

Shows excellent clarity and lift to the palate-staining blueberry

Chateau Puligny Montrachet, Puligny Montrachet other_regions_australia torrefaction(this is 80% from declassified Les Chalumeaux). Strong sulfur notes dominate the fruit today. More interesting are the round, delicious and attractively vibrant medium bodied flavors that possess an appealing texture that carries over to the reasonably complex and lingering finish. A quality villages. (88 91) 2023+
