If you're looking to get the same beautiful puff effect then I recommend using a 4 way stretch fabric coupled with a thin batting (5-10mm should do) Try and not go too thick as there are dense elements to this design

Included is BX format for use with Embrilliance and the font has both uppercase, lower case, numbers and special characters. Checkout the design sizes PDF for more info on each letter.
