Barre Fitness Group Fitness Class 14yo+ (5 class pack) travel The possibilities are endless andA low impact program using the ballet barre, this class utilizes a mix of classical ballet technique, core workouts, isolation holds, and time under tension to achieve a strong, graceful body. Great for dancers and figure skaters looking to strengthen their bodies to achieve new skills, great for all looking for something new to try for health! Each class is 60 minutes long, can wear socks, Pilates socks, or ballet shoes. If you have questions in
