This has the legs to age well over the medium to even longer-term but should drink reasonably well young if desired

but I still find it a bit light

The palate mixes that chalky minerality with the juiciness of the Garnacha

Raspberries and cherries of incredible purity add hints of chocolate on the long finish but never seem heavy or warm

Armailhac Size:6x750ml it should evolve nicely for50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 36% Merlot, 12% Cabernet Franc, 2% Petit Verdot. Tasted blind. Blackish crimson. Sweet Cabernet fruit but slightly unformed. Very juicy and a bit simple. Then quite a welter of dry tannins. Not a charmer at this stage anyway. Just a tad brutal.
