Last year from barrel this was restrained to the point of being almost mute but that is no longer the case as the nose is now overtly expressive with very ripe and again borderline exotic aromas of yellow orchard fruit along with the more classic scents of citrus

balanced and elegant finish

with honeyed impingement both aromatically and on the palate reinforcing the sense of relative opacity and rounded richness that the other Graachers in this year s collection displayed
