Hokkaido Kiyosato Cask Shochu Shochu_Fieberstrauch produced by the still youngThe Hokkaido Kiyosato Cask is a shochu made from potatoes. The nose is almost floral, the finish is long and aromatic with a light vanilla note and a beautiful fruitiness. After distillation, this shochu matures for six months in untreated American oak barrels and is nice and light at 25% vol.
