The glass is discontinued after just a few years
as there were major production difficulties in getting the inner ball to lie loose
The glass was in production at Holmegaard from 1906 to 1960 and is available in two versions
from schnapps to champagne flutes
Rosenborg rødvinsglas Karafler og kander Beautiful carafe from the 1950s-1960sHjde 14 cm. Rosenborg er tegnet af Jacob E. Bang. Han designede glasset for Holmegaard i 1929, og det var i produktion indtil 1970. Rosenborg kendetegnes dekorativt ved en fint slebet blomsterranke.
