Collectable Oval Vintage Blue & White Tin – Delft Style CollectablesAn oval shaped Dutch tin with lift on off lid decorated in the Delft style with a waterscape image on the lid, sailboats and a windmill in the distance. The sides are decorated in a similar manner, but with the inclusion of herds of cows. The tin was originally manufactured by Rosenberg, A. J. Rosendaal and contained 200 g of hazelnut cream and crispy cereals milk chocolate when retailed. Rosenberg chocolates are manufactured in Amsterdam. The tin is
which depicts a gorgeous sky blue and golden tan scroll patterning in the rococo style along the rim together with interspersed brightly coloured floral bouquets
deep blue and orange as well as basketweave and all items are beautifully rounded off in gold trim
both decorated in an aristocratic light blue and mist grey Rococo scroll pattern
The brand does appear to have origins in both Canada and England
along with platinum trim on the rims and the tea cup handle
Although neither of these two antique silver plated items are marked
This item is a Royal Standard tea trio consisting of a footed cup a saucer and a tea plate in the Mandarin pattern
The dish is marked Marinex Made in Brazil
Height with handle: 27 cm
The pattern displays a burgundy red border highlighted by tan scroll patterning with gold trim along scalloped rim and on the handle
The item comes in the vintage enamel colours of cream/yellow
The item is stamped underneath Dishwasher and Microwave Safe
