The ruby colour of this wine turns to a mellow tawny during the aging process, giving this style its name. Look forward to characteristic smooth, velvety texture, aromas of ripe fruits and dried fruit flavours, with an intense, creamy finish. An excellent dessert wine with cheese, crme brule or fruit tarts.
