Swinnerton renamed the premises Vulcan Works. In 1911 Swinnertons became an Ltd. and also purchased the Chelsea Works. In 1917 the Washington Pottery as well as Scotia pottery were purchased and in 1952 Davison & Son Ltd. were purchased.
