Malcolm's motto of "By Any Means Necessary" urged his fellow black Americans to protect themselves against white aggression

I was beating myself up as I didn't have the next thing planned & it was really getting in my head

With this piece I really needed to go outside of the box & challenge myself with a method I haven't seen done before

I felt mixing up College & Spray Paint as the main 2 mediums in this piece could help create that especially with the moody top half of the picture having loads of references in the background you have to look for. I looked at this piece a little bit different than normal as I wanted to try and emulate an old school film poster but in my own distinctive style & I think I managed
