This first expression in the new series is a beautiful single malt, matured in ex bourbon casks. Tasting Note Nose: Pear, Granny Smith apples, banana bread and caramel source. Palate: More apples and pears, balanced with a hit of lemon oil, woody notes and coffee beans. Finish: Medium finish with sweetness lingering
