Palate: Herbal with a sweet citrus tone

L'Encantada Pouy 2006 58.7% 50cl 56.4 caramel and cinnamon with toastedL'Encantada Pouy 2006 58. 7% 50cl Nose: Sweet oak, grapes, vanilla and cherries, pink pepper corns, a vibrant note, some honeycomb crisp, toasted almond, soft fruit cake and a little soft cherry. Palate: A warming taste on the front of the palate, baking spice, ethanol add a little heat, a vanilla and honey takes over the palate alongside a soft toffee and melon note.
