Henri Bourgeois, Sancerre d'Antan 2022 BLANKbottle Subtle and fineFrom silex soils, the low yielding 2016 Sancerre d'Antan offers a clear, fresh, deep, quite complex and mineral nose with flint notes and discreet white fruit and cassis aromas. Fermented and aged on the fine lees in old oak barrels, this is a dense, powerful, well structured and persistent yet elegant and balanced Sancerre that was bottled without fining or filtration. It is very complex and intense on the powerful aftertaste. Still a baby, this old
