This "work in progress" bottling offers notes of iodine, smoke and sweet vanillins. Nose Earthy peat smoke and garden herbs, sweet vanilla combines with shaved milk chocolate. Palate Sour fruity lollies, minerals, sea salt and rye bread, herbaceous with some freshly baked breads. Finish Garden herbs, sea salt, iodine and
