Chattanooga 1816 Reserve Solera Barrel Finished Straight Bourbon Whiskey 750ml (45% ABV) giftidea and then finishing in LatinSelected from barrels aged in cooler, more humid parts of the rickhouse, this high rye mash bill yields a classic, soft, sweet vanilla & spicy cinnamon, character. After more than 2 years in a #4 charred oak barrel, the straight bourbon whiskey is finished in our solera barrel. Here its married with bourbons of older age bringing an ageless complexity.
