Savage, Red 2023 Allocation On the nose green apple

On the nose green apple and white peach combine with fine nuances of lemon balm and mint to create the typical aroma of the classic Terlano

While technically labelled as a non-vintage wine

complex flavours of apple

A hint of sea shells combined with roundness and weight give me my mineral and old oak fix

Remarkably supple considering its youthfulness

Savage, Red 2023 Allocation On the nose green apple100% Syrah from Stellenbosch and Swartland. An appealing nose showing red and black fruit, rose, lilies, pelargonium and white pepper. The palate has lovely fruit expression, bright acidity and super fine tannins. Delicate, detailed and beautifully poised.
